Welcome to Master Chang Seh Lee's United Tiger Martial Arts. We specialize in the Korean military style of martial arts known as Tae Kwon Do. Additionally, we train in jujitsu techniques as well as hapkido and weapons self-defense. We are an ethical organization and we pride ourselves on training each individual whether adult or child to be the best martial artist they can be. We offer classes that increase your cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and your mental focus. Our trained instructors are here to assist you in reaching your training goals with a kind, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
GRAND MASTER LEE
Owner/Grand Master Instructor
Master Lee was born in 1966 and trained in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do in South Korea beginning at age 10. He began his career being the B.K. Elementary Demo Team Captain. He came to the United States in 1984 and became the ATC Technical Advisor and Je's Tae Kwon Do Sparring Team Captain. In 2002 he founded and became the Head Master of United Tiger Martial Arts. He is currently the Chairman of 3 United Tiger Martial Arts Schools and is a 7th Degree Black Belt.
master tyler lapenna
Instructor Tyler was born in 1993 and began Tae Kwon Do in New York at the age of 3. He continued to train and received his 3rd degree black belt at the age of 17. He moved to Florida in 2013 and he became an instructor here at United Tiger Martial Arts that spring. In March of 2017 he received his 4th degree Black Belt. Instructor Tyler is currently attending the University of Central Florida where he is getting a degree in Computer Science.
master rachel lewe
Rachel Lewe began taking Tae Kwon Do in suburban Chicago at the age of 14. She continued to participate in Tae Kwon Do on and off until she and her daughter joined United Tiger Martial Arts in 2010. She received her 1st degree black belt in 2011 at which time she began assistant instructing. As of 2016 she received her 3rd degree Black Belt. As of March 2018 She received her 4th degree Black Belt. She graduated from the University of Illinois in 1990 with a degree in Kinesiology.
Jinju began training at United Tiger Martial Arts in 2002. She received her 1st degree black belt in 2014 at which time she began working in the After School Program and is currently the Director of the program. Jinju has received her 2nd Degree Black Belt as of May 21, 2016 and her 3rd Degree Black Belt as of August 18, 2018. She is also the office manager and an instructor.
Alex began working at United Tiger Martial Arts Summer Camp Program in 2011 and began taking Tae Kwon Do Classes and at the end of that year becoming an Assistant Instructor. In 2014, He received his 1st Degree Black Belt and continued to work in the After School Program in logistics and martial arts instruction. Alex received his 2nd Degree Black Belt on May 21, 2016.
He graduated from a State University in Venezuela, with a Business Administration Degree and is currently pursuing an accounting degree in a local community college.
Ron began training at United Tiger Martial Arts in 2015. He joined the team of instructors in May of 2016. He will be awarded a 1st Degree Black Belt on August 5, 2017. He still maintains his career of 39 years as a musician and singer. Ron is passionate about health, fitness and self-defense. You will find him training most mornings before sunrise and at 56 years old he is an inspiration to all at Tiger. Ron is always happy to share tips on diet and exercise and his favorite quote is, "Discipline is the difference between what you want now and what you want most". He enjoys teaching children and especially training adults. He hopes to open his own martial arts school, here in Orlando, in the near future.
Francia began Tae Kwon Do in Miami back in 2007. She practiced it sporadically througout the years and in 2014 she joined the after-school program in the same school where she was first introduced to TKD.
She moved to Orlando in 2017 and joined the United Tiger Martial Arts AS program, once again beginning her TKD training.
She has worked for over 10 years with special needs children, and is a Certified Swimming Coach. From a small age, she learned the art of healthy/clean eating as well as natural medicine, living by the motto: ‘You are what you eat’.
She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the IUPFAN University in Venezuela; she is currently preparing to obtain her Black Belt.
