Our morning and evening classes offer a challenging and achievement oriented workout. Whether you want to relieve stress, increase your physical fitness, increase endurance, increase muscle strength and or increase coordination; Tae Kwon Do is the sport for you. The instructors meet you at your level to help you achieve your goals. If your goal is to learn practical self-defense techniques, each belt level has 8 self-defense techniques that you will master before moving onto the next level. We teach you kicking combinations, sparring techniques, we have weapons training and we offer a women's only self-defense class.
