Our adult classes offer a challenging and achievement-oriented workout. Whether you want to relieve stress, increase your physical fitness, increase endurance, increase muscle strength, or increase coordination, Taekwondo is the sport for you! Instructors meet you at your level to help you achieve your goals. If your goal is to learn practical self-defense techniques, each belt level has eight self-defense techniques that you will master before moving onto the next level. You will learn kicking combinations, sparring techniques, weapons training, and we also offer a women's-only self-defense class.
